As Valentine's day was around the corner, Hwang Felix wanted to give the perfect gift to his husband.
It's their first Valentine's day together as a married couple because the same day a year ago, Hyunjin proposed to Felix. Just because this day was already so special, Felix wanted to make it memorable for both of them.
A day they would never forget.
Felix had already started planning for the day a week ago that included what preparations he needed to make, what food he can prepare from Hyunjin's favorite dishes, and most importantly how he can surprise his husband. Well it was a secret until it finally arrived a day before Valentine's.
He ordered a red see through lingerie with details of small red roses, barely leaving anything to the imagination of his husband getting to see it. Just the thought of it made him blush as he fanned his face to cool down. He was excited but a little bit nervous at the same time.
The long day went by as he cleaned and decorated the house with flowers & candles for the occasion, cooked one of Hyunjin's favorite food Japchae and ofcourse some brownies for the dessert.
Having a smile on his face excited for the day, it was already time for his husband to come home. He ran towards their bedroom and quickly got dressed. He wore one of his husband's sweatshirts (clearly too big on him) and pants over the lingerie. He went back towards the lounge making sure everything is perfect.
"You look adorable, my love." Hyunjin whispered in his ear startling Felix with his sudden presence, his strong built arms finding its way around the smaller boy's waist as if it was made for it.
"Welcome home, Hyunnie."
Felix let a soft laugh escape his lips as he held Hyunjin's hand, caressing it and stayed like that for a while enjoying the comfortable silence and his husband's warmth.
He finally turned around when Hyunjin loosened his grip and he was greeted with a bouquet of beautiful red roses and baby breaths, making Felix smile brightly again.
"Happy Valentine's day, my love."
Hyunjin said, his heart skip beats as he watched his husband lovingly looking at the flowers, his eyes sparkling with pure joy.
"Oh thank you so much, Hyunnie! They are beautiful!" Felix said excitingly and became shy when Hyunjin leaned to kiss his forehead.
"I- I h..have a present for you too." Felix stuttered feeling nervous all of a sudden. Hyunjin looked at him with an amused smile and a raised brow, looking around the lounge after hearing his words.
"Really! Do i get to see it?" He asked still not letting go of his waist.
"After dinner." Felix replied, biting his lip to hide his smile. Hyunjin chuckled and nodded, leading them both to the kitchen.
The young couple talked for hours and enjoyed their meals, until Hyunjin spoke up again. "So, am i going to get my gift now?" He asked teasingly as he finished the last piece of brownie.
"Yes, ofcourse." Felix replied and held his hand to lead him towards their room which Hyunjin gladly accepted. Once they were inside Hyunjin sat down on the bed still holding Felix's hand, waiting for him to speak up. But he just stood there and thought about what to do next while playing with his fingers. He was clearly in the mood for something but was too shy to admit it. Hyunjin sensed his nervousness and smiled. As Felix was playing with his fingers, Hyunjin raised his free hand and softly caressed his cheek and made him look up at him. He smirked when Felix tried to avoid his eyes on him and pulled him closer by his waist, setting him perfectly on his lap making him gasp. Their gazes locked with each other, sparkling with love and lust, Hyunjin gently brushed his thumb over Felix's lower lip and pulled him in a kiss.
